Shopping for devices on Eko-eMarkets is in partnership with CAPDAN & PAPDAN~ PC & Mobile Phones retailers Association of Computer Village Ikeja. A compulsory ₦1000 fee for product registeration is reqiured. Once this money is paid, you can request for a dispatch delivery to your residence, this will attract extra charges based on distance, and payment will be on delivery. The device merchant's phone number and store address will be forwarded to you, where you will be offered a minimum of 30days warranty for fairly used, and 1year for Brandnew.
Warranty: Products should be delivered within 24hrs, please confirm warranty sticker, and warranty on recipt before making payment. Also forward feed backs to Eko-eMarkets once the goods have arrived at your location, incase of despute.
Phone & Gadget repairs
Please note; Warranty doesn't apply to physical or liquide damage. Clients should list the following sincerly on their request forms, when applying for a repair service.
